Hi! My name is Koryn , and I’m a psychology major at Louisiana State University with over seven years of experience working with children through babysitting and youth ministry programs. I’ve supported kids ages 2–13, including those with special needs, by helping with daily routines, learning activities, and one-on-one guidance. I bring patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to every session, and I love creating a supportive environment where students can grow in confidence and understanding. My goal is to make learning fun, encouraging, and tailored to each child’s needs.

Experience: I have hands-on tutoring experience from homeschooling my younger siblings during COVID—one in elementary school and the other in middle school—which gave me the opportunity to support their daily lessons and strengthen their academic skills. In high school, I tutored a fellow student in English and served as a teacher assistant during my senior year, where I helped with classroom responsibilities and provided one-on-one support. These experiences taught me how to adapt to different learning styles, encourage students with patience, and make lessons both clear and engaging.
