Graduated from Navy`s Nuclear Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Schools. Obtained a BS Degree in Computer Science from Chapman University in Orange County, and dual AS Degrees in Computer Technology and Electronic Technology from Grossmont College in El Cajon, CA.

Experience: Diverse teaching career. While 20 years in the US Navy, taught 3 years of Satellite Communications and Nuclear Engineering courses which included Electronic and Electrical Engineering subjects while stationed on submarines.
After my Navy career I was a Program Analyst for Shuttle Team while at Lockheed Martin. Taught 3 years of System Administration at Zilog Inc. Then at Sun Microsystems for 14 years, taught 31 of the 42 courses offered which included systems administration, programming, and computer repair, and during off time I taught UNIX, Shell and Perl Programming at UC Santa Cruz, UC Berkeley and DeAnza Junior College.
