Born in a small town in Minnesota, I knew since the first grade that I wanted to be a teacher. This dream came true when I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education and began my teaching career in 2020. I now teach online and as an educator, I believe that every child should be encouraged and stretched to reach their full potential. There is nothing more rewarding than enabling a student to succeed, and as a tutor, I am excited to be a part of this journey!
In my free time, I enjoy cooking and enjoying the outdoors with my husband.

Experience: I graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2020, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Education, and have since then gained 4 years of teaching experience in Woodcrest Elementary School, (Rifton, NY), and at the Huntington Learning Center, (Syracuse, NY). In addition, this last year, I have successfully tutored students online.
I am passionate about ELA and Social Studies, and have experience teaching students with learning challenges, including Autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and students with reading challenges.
