Experience: After raising three sons I finished my degree and taught third grade St Richards Episcopal School, Indianapolis, IN
Following teaching I was call upon to develop an Early Childhood program at Second Presbyterian Church, Indianapolis, IN
I became the Director and hired an experienced Early Childhood specialist The program was named "The Childrens Circle" offering, Mother`s Day Out, PreSchool 2`s, 3`s and 4`s Plus Kinderarten. I was responsible for teacher reviews, keeping employment records and along with the Early Childhood specialist conducted monthly teacher meetings to listen to concerns and introduce new teaching material. As Director I reported monthly to the Ruling Elders of the church.
