Hello and welcome,

I am an experienced private tutor for high school students looking to take their test preparation and college applications to the next level.

I graduated from Willamette University in 2014 with a B.A. in archaeology and an emphasis in classical studies. My coursework emphasized language, communication, and rhetoric. Since college I have worked as an archaeologist, a tutor, and a community organizer. I specialize in working with students to help them understand how to better understand the methods that they are trying to use.

Availability: Weekdays until 7 PM, later times may be available on a case-by-case basis. Weekends before 5 pm.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I spent over one year as a tutor at Elite Prep, which specializes as an SAT/ACT prep company. In that time I taught classes in English, Reading, Writing, and Listening for the SAT and ACT. I also taught preparation for the AP tests/SAT subject tests in World History, American History, and European History.

As a private tutor, I have covered each of these subjects and, in addition, worked with students on their college application materials. Former students will tell you that my help was very worth their time.
