Lubna M. is a seasoned Senior Laboratory Scientist and Clinical Associate Professor with over 15 years of experience in clinical laboratory science and biomedical education. She holds a Master of Science in Health Science (Medical Laboratory Sciences, expected February 2025), along with an MSc and BSc (Honors) in Microbiology from the University of Karachi, and an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Shoreline Community College. Lubna is deeply committed to mentoring CLS students and new lab professionals, known for her engaging, student-centered teaching style that simplifies complex biomedical concepts through mnemonics, analogies, diagrams, and interactive learning tools. Her expertise spans hematology, immunology, embryology, parasitology, and diagnostic morphology, with a strong emphasis on clinical relevance and active learning. Technically, she is proficient in Sysmex hematology analyzers (XN-Series, XE, XT), Stago coagulation systems, and advanced troubleshooting, and she plays a key role in ensuring QC, CAP/CMS compliance, and safety protocols. Lubna’s tutoring approach fosters curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking, making her a trusted educator and mentor in both academic and clinical settings. She is based in Rosenberg, TX and offers both virtual and in-person tutoring sessions tailored to the needs of aspiring laboratory professionals and biomedical science learners.
