I am a person who has dedicated much of his professional life as a university professor, teaching and stimulating the learning processes in different classes of students in universities and rural areas. I have great experiences working with LMS educational platforms. I am a lawyer and Magister in Education with an emphasis on new technologies.

I have extensive experience as a university professor and as a trainer of trainers with special emphasis on tools for teaching and educational media. Likewise, I designed and implemented the entire management to create and launch an educational television channel at the University of Cartagena, Colombia. Finally, I have a great deal of experience as an English face to face and as a Virtual Teacher, From 2005 to 2018.

Experience: I achieved with great success the implementation and development of the Educational Resources and Telecommunications Center of the University of Cartagena from 1988 to 2009. The period in which I manage, teach and train the use of educational media (Instructional TV, Instructional Media, Production of Materials) to the entire teaching community and management with excellent attainments. Also, I accomplished successfully the use of technologies as teaching tools for the production of videos, visual, and printed materials as support for all educational processes.

I designed and carried out the Educational Television Channel project at The University of Cartagena. I managed several investigations such as case studies and descri ptive research with university teaching colleagues. Also, directed some research projects at the university and high school levels. Additionally, I was a thesis reviewer and thematic advisor. For several years, I was a professor of research methodology at different universities.
