Renata

Hello, my name is Renata and I was born and raised in the Czech Republic. I have lived in the US for 30 years. I`m married and have two kids in college. I have been teaching for the last 10 years and my experiences include 3rd and 4th grade math/science, 6th and 7th grade math and most recently I started working as a math strategist for CCSD in Las Vegas, NV. I`m looking for a part time tutoring job. I’m very dedicated, punctual, and independent. My available hours are mainly after school (after 3pm) and weekends.

Experience: This is my 10th year teaching at CCSD in Las Vegas, NV. I started in elementary school teaching all subjects, but quickly realized my strengths and moved into a math position. Then I focused on 3rd and 4th grade math, also became a grade level chair, and mentored new teachers. My next experience was teaching math in middle school. I also became a grade level chair at my new school and was in charge of supervising the in-house suspensions. Most recently, I became a math strategist at elementary school. My daily duties include pulling small groups of students, visiting classrooms, sitting at PLC/RTI meetings, and assisting teachers with their goals.
