Elana works as a trainer facilitator/substitute teacher. . Her areas of expertise include Communication Strategies, Emotional Intelligence, Consumer Service, and Writing. She has developed a coaching program for people just entering the job market called “ How to Job.” This program focuses on employer expectations and business etiquette that is needed in order to succeed as an employee.
