Experience: During my time tutoring at Mathnasium in Austin, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, each with their own unique challenges and learning styles. One memorable experience involved a high school student who was struggling with algebra. Initially, he felt overwhelmed and lacked confidence in his abilities.

To address this, I focused on creating a supportive and encouraging environment. We began by breaking down complex problems into manageable steps, which helped him gain a clearer understanding of the concepts. I incorporated engaging, hands-on activities and real-world examples to illustrate how math applies beyond the classroom.
