I spent 20+ years as an executive of a nonprofit that worked with senior citizens. I was responsible for all written materials, from website content to grant proposals. We had a robust law student and undergrad student, and I devoted a portion of my time to working with the students to build their writing skills. I have also been a law school writing professor for 10 years and most recently, an Human Resources Director. For the past year, I have focused on being a caregiver for my spouse who has early onset dementia. I will soon be available to work again and I am interested in returning to teaching as a tutor.

Experience: Was a law school professor for 10 years, teaching writing, which included grammar, punctuation, technical writing, and persuasive writing. I have worked one-on-one with students, as well as interactive lectures. While in law school, I was a tutor for practically every subject offered. I was also a tutor many years ago while in high school.
