Experience: I create personalize learning for each students based on their strengths and weaknesses on certain topics. I take the time to understand the best learning method to use for my student (visual,step by step, etc.). I also do my best to build a relationship with my student so that he/she would also trust and have the reassurance that all I want for them is to excel.
