Experience: As a freshman and sophomore in high school, I tutored classmates in Algebra 2 and Precalculus. As a senior in high school, I tutored elementary school kids in basic level math depending on their grade, as well as a few kids in SAT Math. In my junior and senior years of college, I tutored freshmen in basic biology courses. I believe I am a good tutor because I try my best to get to know students personally and provide them with learning techniques that are personalized to the way they learn best. I also believe in spaced repetition when teaching so students get adequate exposure to materials and are well-prepared for examinations. Not only am I passionate about my student`s success, but I am eager to help them understand the information so they can retain it longer.
