Through my experiences with a variety of educational improvement models, I must align teaching and learning with student achievement to develop lessons that lead to learning success. Developmental theories from Vgotzsky, Piaget, B. F. Skinner, and Erick Erickson, combined with current research are the most productive way to provide a solid base for teaching.
