I have been a teacher for over 50 years. For the past 47 years, I have been a professor at Trocaire College, Buffalo, NY. I have served as Department chair, Division chair, Director of Humanities, Director of Insurance Studies. I love teaching, which is why I still teach half-time at Trocaire. Helping students learn brings me great joy.

Availability: I can be available after 4 p.m. any weekday. Weekends are less structured.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: My approach in teaching writing is to work with each student in my class individually. My students receive what might be described as personal tutoring.
In literature, I believe students need to be willing to read and think about what they are reading. That alone should present the student ideas about the works and their intent.
