I’m a lifelong resident of Southeastern Massachusetts except for my years away at college.i have a firm belief that teachers must tap into the unique learning potential of each student.

Experience: 1991-1997 Ser Jobs for Progress:,I was an English literature, grammar, and writing instructor for at risk adjudicated youth. I also instructed young mothers in the above subjects so that they could obtain their GED. I have some experience teaching ESL as well. 1997-2001 ELA instructor Greater New Bedford Regiional Vocational Technical High School Grades 9-12. 2001-2003 ELA instructor Diman Regional Technical Vocational High School Grades 9-12 2007 ELA instructor Kuss Middle School Grades 6-8 2008-2012 Hemingway Institute of Learning ELA/GED/ESL instructor for adults. English was not their first language. 2013-2015 Somerset High School ELA/GED instructor for adults. 2016-present independent tutor in ELA, GED, GRE, and ESL instruction for adolescents and adults
