Hi, my name is Yuna . I am a recent graduate of Highline College with an AS degree in Computer Science. I will be transferring to the University of Washington - Seattle next Fall. I have been tutoring my peers basically my entire life. However, I officially started tutoring last year at the Math Resource Center at Highline College. Then, I decided to specifically focus on tutoring underprivileged and first-generation students at TRiO where I worked from Sep 2023 til June 2024.

Experience: 1. Peer Tutor and Ambassador (Sep.2023 – June 2024): TRiO | Highline College
• I provided tutoring services to over 60 TRiO students in advanced mathematics, computer science, and physics courses like Multivariable Calculus, Object-Oriented Programming with Java, Web Development, Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, Waves, Thermodynamics, and Modern Topics.

2. Math Tutor (Feb.2023 – Aug. 2023): Academic Success Center | Highline College
• I provided tutoring services to over 80 Highline College students through a range of math classes, from basic Algebra to Multivariable Calculus.
• I completed CRLA’s International Tutor Training Program and received a certificate.
