I’m a retired Real Estate Appraiser for the Orange County Assessor’s office in Southern CA. I moved to Nevada about 8 years; my Spouse was terminally ill with kidney cancer and I had to help take care of him until he passed away a few years ago.

Experience: I was a volunteer for Orange County READ, which was a program that helped adults from foreign countries with their English skills. I also tutored kids at a school program called Pio Pico in Santa Ana, CA, on my lunch hours when I worked in Santa Ana, CA.
