I am a passionate and dynamic professor who has been working in online education for over a decade. I hold an MBA in business management, and I have a passion for learning new things. I am committed to helping students understand the world around them. My classes are interactive and thought-provoking, and I encourage students to think critically and develop their own opinions. I also lead a variety of extracurricular activities, including raising funds for Autism Awareness and Cancer awareness.

Data Manager/Administration 3/2008- 3/2013 New York Foundling/ Healthy Families. In this role, I gained valuable experience generating internal data audits and reports, I also gained experience training new staff and encouraging critical thinking. In this role, I worked in a predominately Hispanic community. Most of the parents did not speak English and their children needed assist with homework. I tutored these children three times a week.

Data Manager 8/2001-2/2008 Morris Heights Health Center/Healthy Families. This role afforded me the opportunity to training staff, develop new forms. I also worked in a population where parents were unable to assist their children. I assisted these children with tutoring two days a week and a few in the summer months to prevent these students for being left back.
