Micah J. , known as Mic Most, is a genre-defying producer, DJ, and vocalist whose sound blends various flavors of house, hip-hop, electronica, and cinematic textures into deeply human narratives. Based in Dallas, this Orange County, CA native’s music serves as both movement and meditation—crafted to connect, uplift, and challenge.

Founder of Get Live Records and Get Live Fitness, Mic Most is more than an artist—he’s a multidimensional creator committed to excellence and elevation. A 3x Independent Music Award nominee and 5x Grammy-considered artist, his work reflects years of intentional growth and fearless experimentation.

Beyond the studio, Mic Most is a loyal scholar. He is completing degrees in Psychology, History, and Criminology at the University of Maryland, graduating cum laude. He is a President’s Scholarship recipient, a consistent Dean’s List honoree, and a member of four national honor societies: NSCS, Pi Gamma Mu, Alpha Sigma Pi, and Alpha Sigma Lambda.

In 2013, Mic Most stood with artists like Cyndi Lauper and Sen. Elizabeth Warren in the halls of Congress, advocating for the Fair Play Fair Pay Act—a key moment in the fight for equitable compensation for music creators. His commitment to justice doesn’t stop there; he plans to attend SMU Dedman School of Law, focusing on International and Comparative Law with a concentration in Human Rights and Anti-Human Trafficking.
