My name is Steven A. , DMSc, PA-C. I am a dedicated and highly experienced Physician Assistant with a Doctorate in Medical Science and over two decades of diverse clinical expertise. Throughout my career, I have excelled in pain management, primary care, and addiction medicine, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs. I have a proven ability to navigate challenging healthcare scenarios, manage chronic and acute conditions, and implement tailored treatment plans that foster long-term recovery and improved quality of life for my patients. I have provided masterful instruction to a multitude of students through the University of Maryland University College while deployed to Afghanistan. I have provided instruction in Human Biology, Anatomy, and Physiology I and II with dissection labs.

Experience: I have over twenty years of military service with four combat tours. My actions and those of my military unit were portrayed in a book written by esteemed NBC reporter Jake Tapper, which was later turned into a Netflix movie under the same title, "The Outpost." In addition to my clinical acumen, I bring strong leadership, communication, and business development skills, which I’ve honed through years of collaboration with healthcare teams, clients, and industry stakeholders.
