I am a person who has dedicated much of his professional life as a university professor, teaching and stimulating the learning processes in different classes of students in universities and rural areas. I am a lawyer and Magister in Education with an emphasis on new technologies.

I started and carried forward with great success the implementation and development of the Educational Resources and Telecommunications Center of the University of Cartagena from 1988 to 2009. The period in which I manage, teach and train the use of educational media (Instructional TV, Instructional Media, Production of Materials) to the entire teaching community and management with excellent achievements. Also, I initiated the use of technologies as teaching tools for the production of videos, visual, and printed materials as support for all educational processes.

I have extensive experience as a university professor and as a trainer of trainers with special emphasis on tools for teaching and educational media. Likewise, I designed and implemented the entire management to create and launch an educational television channel at the University of Cartagena, Colombia. Finally, I have a great deal of experience as an English Virtual Teacher, From 2010 to 2018.

I designed and carried out the Educational Television Channel project at The University of Cartagena. I managed several investigations such as case studies and descri ptive research with university teaching colleagues. I was also the director of some research projects at the university and high school levels. Also, I was a thesis reviewer and thematic advisor. For several years, I was a professor of research methodology at different universities.

Apart from my university work I had also been teaching and training the adult population in educational technology, instructional design, and basic English grammar located in rural areas of the Caribbean Coast.
