Have designed and taught curricula for new hardware and software usage to the federal government, the DoD, and the private sector. Have written books on how to teach critical skills and how to dwsign instruction to teach them.

Along with Change Management Processes for new systems FAA training as a Senior
Research Fellow (3 years);
• Managing a research program .in accreditation as editor and author of a journal in postsecondary accreditation for the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation (COPA) (3 years);
• Editing and writing publications and research reports on new aviation technology for the FAA as Project Manager (3 years);
• Serving as instructor and curriculum developer for Job Training Partnership Act (JPTA) program to improve basic academic skills to prepare students for jobs funded by the National Education Center in Washington, D.C.;
• Teaching office automation and electronic fund management to doctors and
dentists planning to start their own practices. Also taught accounting and basic recordkeeping practices and office machine operations;
• Managing a team to create High-fidelity tank simulation devices to teach tank crews how to maneuver and fire munitions from the M-1 Abrams Tank (3 years); and
• Using several courseware-authoring tools including Captivate (5 years), Camtasia (3 years), and Articulate (2 years).
