I am a 29 year old New York State Certified chemistry teacher with 2 years of classroom teaching experience in chemistry and physics. I have recently returned to my hometown of Tucson, Arizona, and I am eager to meet students here who can benefit from my unique experience and enthusiasm for science.

Experience: I first completed a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Arizona in my hometown of Tucson, Arizona. I then moved across the country to complete a Master of Arts degree in teaching chemistry from the State University of New York. I have since taught both chemistry and physics at the high school level, first in the Bronx and then in Brooklyn.

Throughout my time in college spent studying chemistry and later the teaching of chemistry, I consistently worked and volunteered as a private tutor. I now have diverse experience in tutoring many different levels of chemistry, as well as mathematics, and physics. I am ardent about helping students grow and improve their academic potential in all subjects, but especially in science.
