I`m 51 years old and my name is Richie. I like to help troubled and challenged students get on the right path. I feel some people are just misunderstood and need the right person to listen to them and relate. Sometimes adults just forget what is was like being any different age then what they currently are. I feel my approach and conection with students can help break them out of their shell while guiding them to their highest potential.

Experience: I have a BA geared toward Business Administration. I graduated with a 3.97 GPA. But it`s my life experiences that molded me into who I am now. I can help guide students in any subject, but I am more so skilled in helping students break out of the slacking in school while helping them find their drive to excel.
