As a very experienced teacher who has taught first grade through college in nearly all the subjects , l make learning fun and build a child or a student’s sense of responsibility, ownership, self-esteem . and mastery of skill levels to a high degree.
My students learn to stand on their two feet academically with a love for themselves, the subject and a sense of humor. Leave a voice or text messsage so we may set up tutoring.

Availability: I am available week days until 4:30 pm. Saturday’s and Sunday’s would be by appointment.

Experience: Much of my experience has been at the middle school level teaching the sciences and math . Prior to that l taught all the grades and subjects in elementary school.
Later on, l taught pre-engineering in an after school program along with chess, math skill -building , essay -writing , and constructing solar-powered cars, boats , bridge-building and magnetic levitation trains.

I have also taught math at the high school level .

Later on, l taught at a Montessori School and later had my own school teaching all the subjects.

I am a” can-do” type of person and hold my students to high standards that they set for themselves. It is important to me that students learn good study habits and take pride in themselves. Every success follows when they believe in themselves.
