My teaching philosophy is simpleâ¦All Children can learn! As a professional educator, it is expected that I will provide engaging lessons on the content to be learned using a variety of instructional strategies to support studentsâ mastery of the content. Since all students learn at different rates or may be missing foundational information to support their learning/mastery, I will provide additional instruction to those students in small groups, starting at their level (differentiated instruction) and build up to reach the current content level. This additional, personalized instruction to those students will support their learning and mastery of the content. I will build into the lessons, ways to assess student learning throughout the day and unit. This data will be used to make any necessary adjustments to my instruction on a daily basis.
