Experience: I have been a college math instructor for 15 years, and I have five years experience in working with k-12 helping in mathematics, logic, and computer programming. I have observed that many students will rise to high expectations; and that students are not intellectually or academically deficient, they are deficient in how to think deeply. This standpoint has inspired me to establish and academia that is rooted in deep thinking , thereby inducing the fruition, devotion, and eagerness to learn.
