I`ve always wanted to help people understand chemistry; it`s an unpopular subject for many, and I love nothing more than showing people that it is, in fact, a very approachable and relevant subject when taught by the right person. I`ve spent most of my life doing some kind of chemistry-related education or outreach, from teaching and tutoring at the collegiate level to instructing at summer science camps to writing instruction manuals for NASA outreach programs. I`ve treasured every opportunity I`ve had to help people understand my favorite subject, and I would be honored if I could do so for Tutor Map.

Experience: I am an experienced (2+ years) instructor for college introductory and analytical chemistry courses. I`ve also taught at the middle and high school levels at summer camps and outreach programs. I have a Master`s degree in physical chemistry and am comfortable tutoring all chemistry subjects except organic and advanced inorganic.
