Hello there!

I am a TIA-Recognized teacher in the elementary area. I currently teach all subjects. Something interesting! I was a nursing student. If you ask me, I love science and am passionate about teaching. When it comes to achieving understanding of an area and get higher scores-I am ready to get you there.

Organize a classroom to fit the needs of students and to promote a healthy and positive learning environment.
Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans ahead of time according to students’ ability to learn.
Collaborate with faculty and administrators to coordinate fundraising, curriculum, and professional development activities.
Collect data from student assessments to revise, evaluate, and determine progress or make changes to lesson plans.
Participate in short-term and long-term professional improvement plans and collaborate with administrators to be observed for progress.
Write grant proposals to gain funding for the school.
Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.

SKILLS:
Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish (speak, read, write, and translate and interpret).
Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Internet Explorer and Active-Inspire software (with use of Prometheus/Newline).
Technology software such as learning platforms including but not limited to IXL, Progress Learning, Sirius, StemScopes, Microsoft Platform, Canva, Teams, Google Platform, etc.
