Hi! My name is Jan and I got both my Bachelor`s and my Masters degrees from Cal State University, Northridge in music performance. I taught music for many years at a local college but then changed careers. I have taught English as a second language since 2010. I also tutor PK through second grade in ELA and math.

Experience: Most recently, I have taught at West Hollywood elementary school as well as Charnock elementary school, tutoring the children in English language arts. I also tutored PK through second grade in math, and we worked on skip counting, shapes, and easy addition and subtraction.
