Hello! I`m Jay, Assistant Coach, Dad, and Passionate explainer.

While I`ve never had a formal tutoring title, I`ve spent years teaching in one-on-one and group settings. Helping students at my wrestling school improve step by step, or supporting my daughters through math, reading, and writing as they have grown.

I believe successful tutors listen, adapt, and keep learning fun and focused. I like to ensure students understand the "why" behind their answers, and assist them in understanding the problem to find the correct answers.

Experience: Assistant Wrestling Coach for Next Gen Pro Wrestling Center, 2023- Present:

-Teach Students ages 13+ how to improvetechnical form and mindset.
-Break down complex techniques into clear, repeatable drills.
-Give positive, structured feedback in a fast paced setting.

Parent educator, 2015- Present:

-Provide one-on-one tutoring in math, reading, and problem solving.
-Adapt explinations to learning style, especially with ADHD-type focus.
-Help build motivation and confidence with learning.
