Biomedical Science student at USF, in the 7-year BSMD program in which I will be matriculating into the class of 2028 at USF MCOM. I have had much experience in different healthcare settings, such as volunteering at outpatient surgery clinics, observing physicians and surgeons in hospital-based environments, and clinical research settings, through my time working at a medical device company and now researching at a cancer research lab.

➢ Met with various lab coordinators of third-party laboratories to rent the space out for clinical trials of the company’s Parkinson’s vaccine

➢ Coordinated with the principal investigator, FDA Clinical Trial employees, and medical personnel to expedite the process correctly and efficiently for starting clinical trials
➢ Aided in development of the website to allow future investors and researchers to effortlessly learn about the product as well as market the vaccines to different labs
❖ Undergraduate Research at Pilon-Thomas Lab Moffitt (January 2024-present)
➢ Conducted a correlational study between the amount of TIL grown from a RCC patient’s tumor with the NLR value in the blood report using data obtained in the Moffitt database as well as data given by other researchers
➢ Aided the carcinoma team in TIL expansion by processing patient tumors, conducting expansion protocols, and coordinating with the surgeon and researcher’s schedule
➢ Developed and implemented the schedule for each researcher’s shift so that each patient sample was able to get processed immediately and there were no long gaps during the process to ensure successful retrieval of cells
