Experience: I`ve had the opportunity to work in different roles that have helped me grow as an educator. I spent several years as a tutor, where I helped students with their schoolwork and supported them in reaching their academic goals. As a behavior technician, I worked with children with autism, focusing on homework help and encouraging positive behavior. In my role as a paraprofessional instructional aide for over 2 years, I learned how to adjust lessons to fit each student`s learning style, making sure they got the support they needed. These experiences have fueled my passion for teaching and my dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.
