I believe that learning should be both enjoyable and relevant to the real world. Even when preparing students for standardized exams, I focus on real-life applications and utilize experiential and constructivist techniques whenever possible (while still covering any required curriculum).

If you would like to learn Arabic, I tutor non-Arabic speakers. Parts of my qualifications are to interview and test students in the Oral Professional Interview (OPI). I teach how to read, write, and speak the language.I currently teach master students at Columbia University and I have over 11 years of experience teaching my native language

Experience: Taught Arabic to American and European engineers, managers, and business professionals working in Egypt via both classroom and individual instruction.
Developed Arabic teaching methods and lesson plans as well as a computer-based translation tool for English speakers of Arabic.
