I was a math tutor at a math learning center at Florida State College at Jacksonville for two years, I have experience tutoring up to calculus 3 at the college level and have, literally, taught hundreds of people from all age groups.
I am working on a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of North Florida and have completed an Associates Degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville with a 3.83 GPA.
Starting in January 2012, I will be finishing up (early) my senior level classes in mathematics and will then go on to take graduate math courses.
Lastly, I would like to say that I am very passionate about teaching mathematics, and, like all teachers, I feel a natural urge to help others learn, and to see my students grow and achieve. I feel I would be perfect for this position.
