My name is Roger, M.Ed. and I am pleased to introduce myself to you. I am a hard worker, committed and always strive for excellence.

I have talents that have been proven successful with individual and groups of students/adults as far as online learning, supervision, leadership, management and development is concerned. I am a motivator and inspire others to accomplish great tasks. I host an array of skills that will excel your English speaking in major ways. I am certified in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and Teaching Business English (CTBE).

I have worked with online platforms in the past and am very familiar with communicating online with students of all ages in other locations. I have held two previous positions as an online instructor. One was an English and Math tutor for student all over the USA and the other was teaching English to students in China. I have also been in charge of online education in a school setting. It was my duty to prescribe the students work based upon their skill levels. Then, follow the students as they maneuver through the class. Students were provided with feedback immediately and were moved forward according to their assessment scores.

I host special skills when it comes to educational management. Strategic planning, project management/design and educational development are some of my strong points and also, curriculum design. I have presented to groups of adults in order to facilitate new programs. I have experience in leading learners in an online platform.

I hold a Master`s in Education with a concentration on Educational Management. This degree has helped me become well organized when it comes to educational planning. I am consistent and reliable and have been in the field of education for almost 20 years. I bring commitment and focus to all projects and know that meeting deadlines is imperative in business education. My communication skills are top of the line and I can speak in front of large crowds with extreme effectiveness. I am awesome at multitasking, being successful on multiple projects and assignments all at once.

I have coordinated teams of teachers and other support staff along with students to participate in an evening credit recovery program. This task included teacher evaluations and observations, meetings, data collection and analysis, curriculum design and a host of other tasks. I have been a music teacher and held classes and rehearsals when needed. This required assessment of students, building curriculum and constructing lesson plans daily. Lastly, I have also been the Attendance Intervention Specialist. This included keeping attendance records and data for the entire day school and evening school. Completing court referrals in a timely manner and recommending student to be removed from the program.

I also hold a Bachelor`s degree in Education and a valid USA teaching license.

Availability: Monday - Thursday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, some weekends
