Bethany

Hi! My name is Bethany Lu and am a senior graduating in 2017. I will be attending The Ohio State University in fall of 2017 under the major mathematics. Mathematics is a subject I find very intricate and fascinating, so I have a passion for teaching others in the subject. I am most comfortable in teaching algebra, calculus, and SAT math.
In addition to math, I am also invested in playing classical piano and studying music theory, as I have been learning since the age of four years old and have won 11 years of competitions. If you are interested in the musics, I can teach that subject as well!

Friday: 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Experience: - took/currently taking honors Geometry, honors Algebra 2, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Statistics
- received a 5 on AP Calculus AB exam
- self studied math SAT with a score of 740
- 11 year state piano competition winner
- received merit/distinction on international music theory and performance exams (ABRSM)
