Hello! My name is Michelle and I`m a 5th grade math teacher. I`ve taught math in an elementary setting for ten years, and I have 15 years of tutoring experience. I can help your child with assigned homework, preparing for upcoming math concepts and preparation for the End-of-Grade Assessments. I also have a lot of experience helping children fill learning gaps due to misunderstandings of previously learned math concepts.

I earned a Bachelor`s Degree in K-6 Education from Barton College and a Master`s Degree in Education from Liberty University. I have been a presenter at many math workshops at the state, county and school levels. I was also nominated multiple times for the NCCTM Outstanding Elementary Math Teacher of the Year.

My preferred method for sessions is online through Skype using a document camera. However, I live in Clayton and would be willing to travel locally or meet in a central location. For each hour tutoring session I charge between $25-$35.

Availability: I am available most afternoons after 4:15. Available on some weekends.
