My teaching philosophy is based on ideas I`ve picked up through my own learning experience, using tools from both engineering and music. Learning is all about acknowledging and understanding what we don`t know and how it works, and then working on specific "muscles" or tasks until they come natural to us. . Creativity relies heavily on having fun and exploring ideas, something we can`t do if we`re concerned about overcoming technical difficulties. I try to focus on my students` weaknesses and help them understand what their lacks are, to then work on them separately and finally reassemble their skills together as tools that will help them move to the next step with both confidence and humility. They also develop a very proactive studying and learning method that will hopefully stay with them throughout their lives and be useful in any area, improving their learning experience and making it more effective, rewarding and fun. I have been teaching either formally or informally for the past 3 years. I served as a studying and networking resource, and mostly because I enjoy it very much.
