I am a senior at MIT studying Computer Science and Mathematics. I have been tutoring high school level math for five years now, focusing primarily on Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry and SAT Math.

I am an energetic, passionate teacher who has an uncanny ability to get right to the root cause of why a student does not understand a certain topic. While teaching I try work with the student on their general problem solving skills so that they can become a better learner, not just a sponge of information.

I have been able to improve SAT test scores by over 200 points with some of my clients and bring grades from the B- range to the A range in the majority of cases. I am only looking to take on one or two more students as I really try to focus on taking a few students at a time and making their experience as optimal as it can be. Costs are $40 an hour and I am very flexible on my availability.
